Once a region dominated by potato farms, the North Fork had transformed into a patchwork of new developments and land up for sale. In response to this shift—and with a desire to preserve the North Fork’s farming heritage while growing something essential—Oregon Road Organics was founded. Oregon Road Organics is a family owned and operated farm, in Cutchogue the heart of the North Fork.
